Amy Smith - Trainee Recruitment Consultant Having graduated from Winchester University with an Upper Second in Drama & American Studies Amy initially registered with Banking Support on August 2006. Following this, Amy successfully completed various long term temporary assignments for us in the world of Banking. This proved to be a fantastic learning opportunity, managing clients’ expectations and developing her attention-to-detail and follow through skills.
In April 2007 Amy was offered the opportunity to join Banking Support on a permanent basis as our Candidate Resourcer where she was responsible for looking after all the administrative requirements and act as main point of contact for candidate queries for the rather demanding Banking Support Division. Due to Amy’s growth and development in Banking Support we have decided to promote Amy to a Trainee Recruitment Consultant and she has been given the opportunity to grow a new Facilities division of Banking Support. Good Luck Amy!!
Alter Ego: You will often find Amy strumming away on her guitar or chucking some shapes on the dance floor with vodka in hand in and around Camden and the London area. A skilled guitarist, Amy declined an offer from the Spice Girls in favor of joining Banking Support (!)
